Carmelo is the 6th technician of iFM Bacolod. He finished Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering at the University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. He does the spinning of 12 to 4 am of iFM's Midnight iWay.
